Refund Policy
In Person classes
All sales are final and non-refundable. Our in person classes are tailored towards each individual student and therefore can not be "returned". Because of the nature of this product/ service, we do not allow refunds.
By booking a seat, you remove a seat eligibility that we can no longer sale.
If you can no longer make it to your scheduled class date, then we will fully credit you towards a future class date.
However, in the event that we must cancel a class or reschedule due to our own doing. You are eligible to request a full refund. In order receive your refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] and request a refund. You will then receive a refund form that must be filled out.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing of your refund request.Online Courses
Our online courses are all informational products and therefore can’t be “returned". Because of the nature of these products, we do have a policy in place to help determine the eligibility of refunds.
We do not allow downgrades on accounts once you agree to purchase your particular program. We can only upgrade your account to a higher level
If you go through a course, implement the strategies, and don’t see any results, then you can email us within 30 days for a full refund. All we ask is that you provide evidence that you have put these methods into place on your own grillz and can show that they have not worked for you (screenshots, etc.)
All refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:
*Purchases are NOT eligible for refunds in the following cases:
- You've started the courses.
- You've changed your mind after purchasing.
- The purchase date has exceeded 30 days.
- Extraneous, personal circumstances.
We do not make exceptions to any of our policies due to personal circumstances. We are running a business and cannot pass judgment on various individual situations and decide which cases are genuine or “fair.” It isn’t fair to us or to anyone else to make exceptions for some people and not others.
We reserve the right to evaluate all refund requests and to make a decision accordingly.
We reserve the right to cancel accounts that may produce harm to our business. For example becoming a competitor, potentially reselling our course information. Also negative reviews will warrant a cancellation of your account due to protecting the nature of our current students and community. If you wish to leave a negative review, we suggest cancelling your account first to do so. We will not continue to educate those that do not believe in our teachings.
